[Your name — set CONSULTANT_NAME in src/lib/profile.ts]

Mountain consultant & trip planner

[Your opening: 2–3 sentences on who you are and who you help. Example shape — “I have spent X years climbing and planning trips on Y ranges. I help people choose an objective that fits their experience and actually prepare for it.”]

Background

[Your credentials and experience: peaks and ranges you know first-hand, any guiding or medical qualifications, how long you have been planning trips, and anything that explains why your judgement is worth paying for. Only claims you can stand behind.]

What I help with

  • Pick the right peak

Matching an objective to your actual experience, fitness, and the time you can take off — including the honest "not this year" answer.

  • Season & timing

When to go, how weather windows work on your objective, and how much schedule buffer a summit realistically needs.

  • Choosing an operator

How to read what a guiding company actually provides, what to ask before booking, and which differences in a quote matter.

  • Gear review

Going through your kit list line by line — what to buy, what to rent, and what you can safely leave at home.

  • Training runway

What to build between now and departure, and the checkpoints that tell you whether you are on track.

How it works

  1. Your inquiry

Send the inquiry form — the peak or shortlist you have in mind, your timeframe, and your background.

  2. Intro conversation

We talk through what you want and whether I am actually useful to you. If I am not, I will say so.

  3. A plan you can act on

Written recommendations you can take to an operator, a shop, or your training calendar.

[Your rate or offer — e.g. “Free 20-minute intro call. Full trip consultations from $X.” If you would rather discuss pricing after the intro call, say that instead.]

Independence

[Disclosure — recommended. Climb Compass lists operators as listings, not endorsements. State plainly whether you take any commission or referral fee from operators or retailers. If you do not, say so; it is the strongest thing on this page.]
